Vishant started at Cognizant in 2015, leading offshore teams that built data systems for AXA and a leading US insurer. His managers credit him with six completely maintenance-free applications, and he worked on machine-learning models for risk rating and product recommendations years before generative AI arrived.
He moved to Dublin for an MSc in Data Analytics, graduating with First Class Honours, then spent four years inside The Outdoor Scene and Christmasland, moving through three roles. He made the business’s everyday processes more efficient, smarter and easy to run, saving more than 30 staff hours a week, and helped build its two websites, outdoor.ie and christmasland.ie.
